Number our days. Use them well.
The 9012 Project grows out of Psalm 90:12: “Teach us to number our days aright, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”
It’s my ongoing work in preaching, teaching, and pastoral ministry — carried in the ordinary rhythm of life and shift work.
I’m an Anglican presbyter/priest with a general licence in the Diocese of Sydney. I preach and disciple in various settings — small gatherings, one-to-one conversations, and church contexts where I’m asked to serve.
Alongside full-time work as an intercity driver with Sydney Trains, I write sermons, Bible studies, occasional articles, and my Word Matters pieces on language, theology, and biblical studies. This project gathers that work into one place so it can be used, heard, or borrowed when helpful.
Availability
If a parish or chaplaincy needs preaching support and my roster allows, I’m available — steady, prepared, and grounded in the Scriptures. My household is already provided for through my full-time work, so there is no fee or honorarium.
