A roster, claims and shadow-pay tool for Sydney Trains train crew — drivers and guards. CrewWise turns your roster into something you can actually check your pay against: a line-by-line shadow-pay projection using the current Enterprise Agreement, reconciled against your official payslip.
What it does
- Imports your roster from Calendar (VRoster-format entries) and shows it as a proper 14-day fortnight, not a flat list of events
- Calculates a line-by-line shadow pay projection using current Enterprise Agreement pay rates, PAYG withholding schedules, and your actual worked times
- Reconciles your shadow pay against your official payslip, line by line, so mismatches and missing entitlements are easy to spot
- Produces a printable, clearly-labelled Shadow Pay Advice document for comparison purposes — never presented as an official payslip
- Tracks leave balances, prior-period corrections, and deductions alongside your roster
Independent and unofficial
CrewWise is developed independently of Sydney Trains, NSW TrainLink, Transport for NSW and related agencies. It is not an official payroll tool. Shadow Pay Advice documents are unofficial references only — always check results against your official payslip and roster sources.
